THEMATIC, 15-MINUTE LITERATURE-BASED LESSON:
Nutrition is a lesson that teaches the Food Guide Pyramid and the different food groups. We need to eat a certain amount from each food group to help our bodies be healthy and strong. Junk Food is not healthy and we shouldn't eat very much of it.
